- 1In a bowl, combine the self-raising flour and Greek yogurt. Mix until a bouncy dough forms.
- 2In a separate bowl, combine the ground beef mince with the chopped chives, soy sauce, sesame oil, grated ginger, minced garlic, black pepper, and granulated sugar. Mix until well combined.
