  • 1.5 lbs yellow potatoes, quartered
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning (such as Stalekracker's Two-Step), divided
  • 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
  • 12 oz fresh green beans, trimmed and snapped
  • 14 oz smoked sausage, sliced into rounds
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 packet (1 oz) dry onion soup mix
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick), sliced

Instructions

  1. 1Place the quartered yellow potatoes into the bottom of a slow cooker.
  2. 2Season the potatoes with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and 1 tablespoon of the Cajun seasoning. Toss well until the potatoes are evenly coated.
